Allison Mack
NXIVM was a corporation which was founded by Keith Raniere in 1990. In 2017 The New York Times revealed it to be a pyramidal and cult, that made female recruits undergo sexual slavery. Raniere was detained multiple times, and charged with federal charges. In July of 2019 the founder was convicted of racketeering and sex trafficking. In that period, a variety of individuals were identified as either members or recruits ranging from a heiress who was part of members of the Seagram Company fortune to a daughter of a former Dynasty actress, but there was none more shocking than former Smallville actress Allison Mack. In April of 2018 the media reported that Mack was a major participant in the sexcult accountable for branding and attracting women. Mack has pleaded guilty in April 2019 to racketeering convictions and has been awaiting sentence. Since then, various television shows, including the Lifetime show Escaping the NXIVM Cult and Vox's Netflix series Explained have shed light on the conduct that the group is known for as well the involvement of Mack. Mack admitted at the time that she had several possibilities in the future. I'd love to do in the field of television. It's a matter of finding the right project," she said.
