Lis Wiehl (born on 19th August 1960) is a famous American author, and Former legal analyst for Fox News.
She is an adjunct professor of Law in New York Law School and was previously Associate Professor at the University of Washington Law School. The analyst was a lawyer for the National Public Radio's radio program and The Radio Factor hosted by Bill O'Reilly. She has been a frequent guest of The O'Reilly Factor as well Lou Dobbs Today, The Kelly File With Megyn Kelly, The Kelly File with Neil Cavuto and The Kelly File.
Wiehl was raised in Yakima and attended West Valley High School. She completed her studies at Barnard College with a Bachelor's degree at the age of 33 in. In 1985 she received her master of Arts degree in Literature from the University of Queensland. And in 1987, she earned an Juris Doctorate degree from Harvard Law School.
Wiehl worked as the US attorney. She worked as the legal correspondent on NPR All Things Considered. She was Chief Investigating Counsel for the Democrats from the House Judiciary Committee, during Clinton's impeachment. She was a tenured professor in laws in the University of Washington School of Law, Seattle from 1995-2001 She also directed an organization called the Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl was a Fox News legal analyst from 2001 to 2017.
