Annmarie Fairweather, an experienced Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of expertise in the field. She has worked with top executives across a variety of industries, helping them improve their businesses, particularly in times of high expansion. Annmarie is a respected consultant who has assisted in translating corporate goals and strategies into business and people strategy through engaging employees and managing change. She is passionate about learning, and believes that management and team building as her most valuable asset. In her experience working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies She has created and trained managers who have shown success and results. Her experience has helped create cultures within organizations that promote learning innovation and positive change for individuals and teams. This includes being an active member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization dedicated to helping women grow as leaders by providing education for the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional member association in North America with the specific mission to provide training in networking and advocacy specifically targeted at hospitals and hospitality facilities, as well as aiding Shatterproof a national nonprofit organization committed to ending addiction in the United States in educating communities to help those suffering from the diseases of addiction.
